Welcome to our Website – We are glad that you have chosen to make an informed decision in this election cycle.  Politics can be a difficult road to navigate and I am happy to see that Citizens are taking a more proactive approach in determining who they will chose when casting their votes in November.  If you find after browsing our website that you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.

Please also like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.    We are here for you and Service to our Community, not Politics, is our guiding force.

Service to Community is what Malcom credits to saving his life in 1997.  Malcom worked with the Kissimmee Police Department for 15 years prior to the shooting incident in 1997.  His goal post-recovery was always to give back to the Citizens of Osceola County.

He found that avenue in 2008 when you, the Citizens elected him Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Malcom has served proudly and has often been quoted saying that “going to work each day is an honor”.   He has been given the nickname “The Working Clerk” by Citizens who have recognized his devotion to the job.

“We have come a long way, but are still raising the level of excellence.” As you navigate our website, please review the accomplishments that have been made over the past 3 years.  We have made great progress while at the same time undergoing Historic budget cuts (19%) and changes to the State level operations.  Never in the History of the Clerk’s Office have these types of changes occurred.

We are continually looking for ways to providing better customer service and one avenue is through the internet. Saving Time In-Line by going On-Line is our Goal.  We presently have E-Recoding. Soon we will have E-Filing, E-Citation and are going to online Tax Deed Sales and Foreclosure Sales.  Also please watch for our New and Improved Web Site.

Tough Decisions had to be made during these trying times and although tough, these changes have made us look toward the future and do what was best for the Citizens of our County.  We have made an impressive start and are ready for the next four years.

Join us Please by voting Malcom Thompson, Clerk of the Circuit Court November 6th.
